What is the company's pre-employment screening policy?
What screening process was actually used to hire their staff? (Ask some of their current staff members.)
If the staff are independent contractors, does the company have a worker's compensation and malpractice insurance certificate on each individual?
Do you know the difference between occupational accident insurance and worker's compensation insurance?
Are all credentials current on every staff member?
